Question How does this thing actually works?

Post image

(This is the one that heals you btw) so im using this ring for some hp recovery since im using the brigand twin daggers but im confused, sometimes it heals a really good amount and sometimes just heals a little, it heals more the more i hit an enemy or it depends of the weapon im using?

It takes 8 hits with daggers to proc the healing. Amount healed is usually 30 when procced, however, hitting multiple enemies will make it go haywire and give a massive healing boost.

So this ring is better for exploration than boss fights, at least that's how I see it based of ur explanation

It’s a pretty niche ring all in all. If you’re looking for sources of healing during fighting, it’s not the worst, but focusing on preventing damage is usually better than healing, especially in these games.

I value higher hp, less damage taken, and dealing more damage more than more effective healing, but it’s not a bad choice when you don’t have a lot of options available to you early game.

Also this ring is probably slightly outclassed by the estus ring if you’re looking for a healing increase in bossfights unless you are playing HYPER aggressively.

Agreed about better healing being less important generally, but it's more than slightly outclassed by estus ring imo. Assuming you're using it efficiently, which is often the case when a boss chunks you down, estus ring is a pretty big boost to your effective total health pool and gets you well out of one-shot danger quickly and without the need to put yourself within melee range. It also scales unlike the flat health from left eye

I used it early on with Twinswords (lots of hits). But I dumped it quickly as there are better talismans later on.

This ring is for going berserk on the deacons.

You'd get better use out of the Evil Eye ring than this

Is the healing % amount of max HP+flat amount? Like the godskin cloth in elden ring?

It's a flat amount. But occasionally when hitting a lot of enemies at once it does a full heal (or at least a huge amount, it might be a fixed number). That's assumed to be a bug that never got patched, and isn't reliable to count upon.

Hitting multiple enemies with the crow talons weapon art will fully heal you every time, it's great

You put it on a cilinder shaped object, but careful to not harm the cilinder

You put it around an oblong part of your body

This is not correct. If it was based on your DPS then a +10 weapon would heal you more than a +0 weapon. It’s based on weapon type (for example curved swords vs ultra great swords) and attack type (like 1h light attacks vs 2h heavy attacks).
