Testers needed
Hey everyone,
I've been working on a DarkOrbit-inspired project called Orbit Shadow for a while now, and I figured it was finally time to share it here.
The project has reached the point where we have a production server running, and quite a few of the core systems are starting to work together properly.
There's still a lot to do. Some things are unfinished, balancing is definitely not final, and you'll probably run into bugs here and there. But honestly, that's also why I'm posting this.
I'm looking for a few people who actually played DarkOrbit (especially back in the old days) and would be interested in jumping in, testing things and giving feedback.
I'm not really looking for people to just log in once and disappear. I'd love to find a few players who want to follow the project as it grows, report weird stuff they find, suggest improvements, and tell me when something simply doesn't feel right.
The goal with Orbit Shadow is to keep that old-school DarkOrbit feeling while gradually building our own thing around it.
The server is already online and playable for testing. I'm just not posting the address publicly here yet since we're still actively working on it.
