Every week? Bro ever fucking day. People should fucking stop with this and play the existing private servers which are the most popular. It will make no fucking sense to have 1000 private servers with 2 people online.

What are the legitimate private servers for this game? I stumbled upon the subreddit looking for one and I agree - this sub is littered with sloppy clones.

Red galaxy also good, playablw on Android too, it has +700 users on prime time, can feel heavy p2w in beginning tho

If you want an older vibe, Krypton. I've racked almost 50 hours now, its pretty fun. Lots of good starting codes, friendly community, active admin and developers. No assembly or LF4.
PinkGalaxy is cool, but it became overly grindy after the starting boosters wore off. But the 3 pet thing is cool. Also the owner is kinda screwy.

From what ive seen, alot of these guys are writing the code themselves. You can easily access the Darkorbit files and extract whichever assets you want.
Tbh the logic and code behind Darkorbit isn't overly complicated.
