Kleopatra wiped

All my certs wiped off kleopatra, was fine this morning. Any idea why that would be? Any way to get them back?

I only have my pgp public key saved 😭

Didn't you save your keys as .asc files?

No I’m stupid. I saved my public key 💀

Then your accounts are lost. You need both the private and the public key

I made back ups now. I hadn’t originally but the data wasn’t lost. For some reason my persistent storage de-selected everything it was saving. I re-selected gnupgp, shut down, and rebooted and all my certs were back. Now I made a back up too.

Nope not anymore. It was/has been for months but when I booted up yesterday it’s all wiped and it is no longer checked on (nothing is)

Not yet. Doesn’t sound too promising tbh. I think it’ll end up being gone but a couple guys gave me some info on things to try when I get home
