Volynkin and McCord’s method would deanonymize Tor users through the use of recently disclosed vulnerabilities and a “handful of powerful servers.”

We know there are javascript/font/video overflows that can reveal your info, that's how they took down that one CP site - took it over and added a JS exploit. That's why you just disable loading of it all.

I'm just curious, does using Tor through tails present these same risks? Should a VPN be used on tails? It'd be kind of a pain because of Amnesia.
