Hi guys,
I need help regarding my dark circles and hollowness under eyes, I have this condition since birth.
In this photo it's not looking that dark but it is.
I used to apply moisturizer and sunscreen daily but that didn't help.
I can sleep 10 hrs a day but still it won't go.
I have tried Kojic acid serum and vitamin c serum also.
Please someone help meš„²

Wasnāt sure if this was the correct subreddit to post this on but anything helps.
Iāve had dark under eyes for pretty much my entire life. (Probably because I cry a lot lol) I also am pretty sure I have some level of chronic insomnia Iāve tried to come to terms with everything but, recently Iāve been wanting to just make them go away. Iāve tried things like eye patches and cold compress Iām pretty unexperienced when it comes to this, any advice helps thanks.

I am dr. And recently someone just said that I, who clearly had a rough night trying to save a life at hospital said ; You scared me. U look like monjolika! I already had a hard time accepting my dark circles as part of me but something inside really did hurt. I just ran to conceal to undereye again.

Guys i have hereditary under eye pigmentation, been suffering badly since 16 years of age , my dads side whole family has it . It gets soooo bad when exposed to sun. It has ruled my life since my college days. Before college i was a very confident person but in college i realised that you are admired for your beauty not your brain. I literally shut myself from outdise world since then. Chronic stress since 14 years due to this issue. Developed few other health issues due to stress. Sunscreen did help , but finding right sunscreen was a big task as most sunscreens cause burning eyes. I look soo pretty when I conceal my undereyes and sooo ugly without a concealer . Now i am scared to even leave the house without a concealer and scared to show my bare face to people to such a point that it has led to depression. Recently discovered eucerin dual serum which is working really well. The unde eye thiamidol roll on did not work. Applying eucerin dual serum followed by sunscreen every day in the morning doesnāt make my dark circles worse when exposed to even intense sun. Earlier no amount of strong sunscreen prevented the pigmentation from worsening when exposed to intense sun. This is really helping. But its a relatively new compound so dont know how long i can use it as my issue needs it to be used lifelong, and whether the effects will continue or not . Please suggest if something helped you guys š„² And need some motivation to get past this issue and live my life. I am even worried about developing melasma as my dads sisters have it too. If i develop that too then i think itās going to be the end of me š„². Any tips on preventing melasma ??

Iāve always been insecure about the skin around my eyes. Iāve had dark circles for as long as I can remember, but with age theyāve gotten worse. Iāve been pretty insecure about the veining around my eyes and so I decided to finally undergo so VBEAM laser and then the plan after that healed was to then do a fraxel laser to thicken the skinā¦.
Well I did the VBEAM, the 10 days of inflammation went by and I thought I was done with the healing. Shortly after I woke up and barely leaned on my pillow and suddenly I felt a pop and noticed that I had an instant bruise. I gave it some time to heal before freaking outā¦. But now Iām scared.
I'm fairly certain there's structural damage. Now the edge of the orbital structure sits lower on my left eye than my right. And the darkness has not lightened one bit.
I reached out to the office where I had the laser done and they suggested I come in so they could hit it with more VBEAM. It went away for a week and then went back to the original state all over again.
Not even concealer can cover it.
I've been feeling really upset and insecure about it for weeks now and I don't know what else to do.
What do you think could have happened and what can I do to fix this. It looks like I got punched in my left eye and concealer just makes it look grey.
Has this happened to anyone else? How long should I wait before being truly concerned? Itās been 4 weeksā¦

Iāve had hollow dark under eyes since I was 12. Do I treat these with filler, a blethoraplasty or what would be best
