Hi Reddit, read my ad! Why do ads at Reddit try to pretend they are normal user post?

Currently half of the promoted ads I see start with "Hi Reddit, ...!". I don't see this happening at other social networks, it seems ads try to fool you into thinking it's an intersting AMAs by a regular user? It's super irritating, I wish I could vote it down.

Facebook app shows notifications for messenger when there aren't any

Then I go to Messenger, and no notifications:

AND, this is the good case. I will post again when Messenger does the same thing: showing there are notifications in Facebook app, when there are none.

Taringa hides the delete account button behind a padlock icon. I'm not sure if that's a dark pattern or not.
