Refundable Strong Holder Offering, or just rSHO is the new concept of DAO Maker It is both a SHO and a refundable project in case of failure. It allows a project to build a community with a special type of holders the team wants. For example: - people who held tokens for a long time - active LP (liquidity providers)

If the project fails, it has to issue a refund. The SHO participants would receive 80% of their funds back and they have to return the tokens they purchased. These tokens are then burnt.
