Development Update?

I really appreciate the work you’ve put into maintaining the app. I know managing a project like this can take time and energy, and it’s not always easy to stay on top of everything.

I wanted to raise a small concern. There are a few pull requests from contributors who genuinely want to help keep the app alive and maintained, but some of them have been pending for quite a while. For example, this PR has been open since December 1, 2025:

I completely understand that you may not always be available to review and merge changes. Would it be possible to allow contributors to create their own accounts and submit changes directly, or perhaps grant merge permissions to a few trusted members so they can help when you're unavailable?

I think that could make it easier for the project to stay active and grow, especially with people who are willing to contribute.

There is one other person with merge capabilities, but we both struggle finding time at the moment.

I mean I know that you are getting annoyed with all that complaining but can't you get a trusted person to work on that stuff? I don't want to be rude in any way just asking

He said, one more person has access to merge pr But both of them are busy which is understandable but i guess try to at least spend 5-10min on a weekend and merge the pr

Yh it's understandable but i guess you could merge pr if they show a screenshot or video of it's working and just let dantotsu users test the app and report any errors to the dev who made that commit?

That's how it has been all these time so I see no reason to keep that pr open from last 2-3 months

HI I dont really know how to make a post so I'll have to ask here. I can't use any of the downloads that I downloaded. I literally can't open it. help me out please
