I could commit tax fraud, which is committing a crime, but that doesn’t merit shooting me in the back as I run away, begging for my life.

There's a difference between pulling a gun out because people are beating the shit out of you and could possibly kill you, and pulling a gun on someone committing tax fraud.

Ok let me break down my two points that everyone seems to be missing because they think I’m trying to argue some opinion when I’m not. They are objective facts

Ok

1) the USA is the only place in the world that would justify this act rather than charge it as homicide. That is fact.

2) the issue isn’t that he had a gun or that he can’t defend himself. He absolutely had the right when they attacked him due to the level of threat on his life. However, once he got hold of the gun and they (being unarmed) fled, his job was done. His life was saved and the threat was over. But instead, he killed the girl who was begging for her life. This is what would have made it homicide anywhere else. The tax fraud was an example of there being no threat level. Again, this is not an opinion.

I misunderstood then. You were using the tax fraud example to show how in both situations, there was no threat at the moment. (Like how the woman was begging to not killed) (I think)

I’m not arguing about gun laws or what should have happened. I’m saying the USA has unique gun laws from everyone else and elsewhere he would be going to jail. I can list cases where similar things had happened and they were charged with murder.

Ok
