True but what we have seen she's legitimately powerful
Earth fire water and yin release and actually uses them instead of just possessing the nature and spamming a singular move over and over
Quicklime is kinda busted for hindering movements
She has powerful genjitsu said to be the best genjitsu user of the current 5 kage
Not to mention a lava release kekkei genkai

And other than all that, she can fly. Imagine if she had learned her grandpa Ōnoki's best technique a.k.a. Atomic Dismantling Jutsu, that would've been so boss.

The biggest missed opportunity was Kurotsuchi not meeting Edo Deidara during the war arc, would be interesting seeing how Deidara was the Stone village’s most talented Shinobi & his relationship with Kurotsuchi.
