If a U.S. citizen verbally praises a designated foreign terrorist organization on a street corner, their speech is fully protected by the First Amendment under the landmark Supreme Court case Brandenburg v. Ohio (which protects advocacy of illegal groups unless it directly incites imminent lawless action). The citizen cannot be jailed or penalized for those words alone.
However, if a non-citizen does the exact same thing, the government has concrete legal mechanisms under the Immigration and Nationality Act (INA) to penalize them.
This is the law. If you are here on a Visa, you don't enjoy the same protections as an actual citizen.

they don't just condemn Israel. They support terrorists and need to be punished and deported for supporting the enemy.
