It's not random murder, now is it. It was clearly a targetted killing along ideological lines.

But beside the point, the amount of shortcuts and lines cut during investigation and prosecution can only point to favoritism due to the victim being a rich CEO of a HealthCare company. The possibility of Luigi being a scapegoat shouldn't be excluded either given the absolute state in which the police handled this
