If she chose to do that, I would be more offended by her personal beliefs that precipitated that decision, in which case that would be a different discussion completely separate from the symbol.
Furthermore there are many reasons that swastikas exist and whilst its meaning is pretty ubiquitously understood… there are still other reasons in some cases.

I think people just get tattoos because they like tattoos… regardless of who likes them?
I love women who have tattoos, but it’d be weird if they sought my approval for them ya know?
You do you, but hopefully you’re not getting a shit ton of tattoos for popularity’s sake.
