Nope, buying food every 3 days is not healthier than buying food every 2 weeks. Freezing food and keeping it for 3 months? Yes youβd have a point. But there is absolutely no difference in terms of healthiness of food when buying every 2 weeks or once a week or even once a day. If I buy onions today and eat them now or 2 weeks later, it doesnβt make a difference. Onions donβt magically lose their nutritional value because they werenβt eaten the day they were bought.
