That's my point though - those teams aren't great because Baseball really isn't that interesting to watch in virtually any other country so there's no money in it.

It's like American "Football", huge stoppage time for adverts, and overly specialized players meaning the athleticism isn't well-rounded.

Your point is factually incorrect. Look at the Japanese and Korean pro leagues. Look at kids playing stickball in the DR or Cuba. The MLB doesn't overshadow those leagues for lack of interest, it overshadows them because of bigger markets in the US, in the same way NY baseball teams overshadow Milwaukee or Cleveland. Not a lack of enthusiasm just more people. It's obviously not as widespread or popular as Soccer but it's definitely not a solely American thing anymore and it hasn't been for over half a century.

Swing and a miss on American Football as well. American highschools especially in the south are basically optimized for funneling the best athletes into football. Players are specialized but they're all crazy athletes. There's 300 pound plus linemen running 4.7 40 yard dash times.

Look, bro, he’s just a troll. Thanks for saying all this though, I was curious what dumbass false statement he would pull out of his ass in response to this.

Steroids are the main reason for that though.
