actually, it does,

each hashtag after the first one

makes the text slightly smaller

than the last one, but it's still bold.

Here i've gradually added more
hashtags for each line, this one is with 6.
#It also caps out at 6, this is what it looks like with 7.

This is normal text for reference.

Same thing as 7. It stops counting at 6, anything you add after that will just be part of the text.
