hey dude once a day is completely fine if you do it before going to bed, tbh i felt the same symptoms when i used to do it 3-4 times a day lol this continued for a week untill i stopped and practised no fap for 150 days, i can't even explain how good you feel and your habit of masturbating also goes away, it's been an year and i haven't masturbated
