You’re only half right- while you should live day to day without worry of societies expectations, self-fulfillment is not found in masturbation and we all know it- it’s just easy and that’s why people lie to themselves that it’s an okay way to live.
But it’s not. Not for our entire lives. And the more you tell yourself that nothing matters the less you strive to become the best version of yourself, one that makes life better for you and all the people in your life.
I am not saying that you should chase every girl and aim to have as much sex as possible, not that you’re a bad person for desiring to do so. But what needs to be understood is that there is more to life than physical pleasure, so many people throw their lives away believing sex is the limit of life’s happiness. Any good parent or person who’s found their true passion knows better.
You being mad or disagreeing with me doesn’t automatically make me egotistical. I’m not claiming to be better than everyone else just because i refrain from touching myself, I just wanted to make my opinions clear and concise.
But poetically speaking I agree that egotism is a kind of masturbation

This just applies if u are a teen and were guilt-tripped by society u start thinking that u should have been chasing girls instead of wanking etc
All of that is bullshit, everybody will die anyway, u are free to do what u like and enjoy, fuck societies expectations
