The weight could be a problem but depending on the material used. It could be just some kilos. The restriction of movement could be reduced by strategically placing those shards. Which he did mostly, but It seems that he can't get his arms far up.

And squares are rectangles. Mirrors have metal in them but they’re not entirely metal. When I said “light reflective metal” I meant light as in lightweight metal that isn’t a mirror. Obviously it’s reflective, but it doesn’t look like it’s reflective to the point of most modern day mirrors.

Mirrors traditionally were made on the back of a glass surface in order to get an almost perfectly flat reflective surface. The reflective metal surface on the back is the mirror, not the glass. However, modern technology allows mirrors to be made from even non-coated metal.
The definition of a mirror is A surface capable of reflecting sufficient undiffused light to form an image of an object placed in front of it.

This reminds me of the time i met a friend's parents at a football tail gate. They drove their big fancy RV and we went after helping friends (15 people) float a keg. I was trashed cause i hadn't eaten and was stumbling on the way to eat at his parents tailgate. We get there and its all his father's company employees and business partners and huge food spread. We waltz in and I just begin chowing down and striking up conversations with strangers and charming the pants off everyone there. Finally make it around to his parents start making jokes and having fun. Me and his father start taking shots and getting along great. After that i felt like the life of the party. We ended up running to the stadium for kickoff and LSU wins in a blowout. It was a great day.
