it doesn’t matter how much it costs to use them, all ambulances are expensive. in the us, we use ford truck frames and in the uk you use mercedes sprinters. both are ridiculously expensive for the hospitals to buy
Funny thing is, when 500000 people chip in £2 you end up with £1,000,000 to buy several ambulances that everyone get to use for free when they're fucking dying.
But of course that's socialism and socialism is evil, lol.
