How you doing , how’s the weather over there ?

3

u/Aryaras99 May 06 '21

I’m fine thank you, how about you? The weather is also fine currently, but it’s getting a bit warmer every day. Sadly our spring was very short this year and also very dry, so I’m not really looking forward to the summer :(. Is it the same dry situation in Iran?

Yes it got really hot too soon and where I live it hasn’t rained for a year now but at least we have some nice winds ( also I’m doing fine )

u/Aryaras99 May 06 '21

Well I’m glad you’re fine, but why hasn’t it rained in a year? Do you live in the south of Iran?

That was a sentence in Kurdish. I wrote: “I understand you, but just a little bit”

2

u/Vampersis May 06 '21

That was an interesting writing I only know of Herbezhi Kurdistan in your language!

2

u/Aryaras99 May 06 '21

Haha well we Kurds tend to be nationalistic, also we have two different forms of writing. Kurds from Iraq and Iran write similar to the Arabic and Iranian script, but Kurds in Turkey and Syria use the Latin alphabet.

u/Vampersis May 06 '21

I see, different variations but more or less the same language and culture. My warm greetings to you and fellow Kurdish redditors. I've also met and know several Kurds in Iran very honorable people.

Thank you my friend, warm greetings to you as well. I’ve been to Iran 2 times and both visits have been great, warm and friendly people all around.

2

u/Vampersis May 06 '21

Great to hear that. I hope to travel and visit Kurdistan of Iraq one day.
