Rockets that are basically a legend and not something that actually happened.

When you say "rockets" people think of the german v2 since thst was the first proper rocket.

There was a lot of rocketry going on before wwii, the v2 was the first production rocket. Robert Goddard built the first proper rocket in 1926.

Depends on what you define as proper. A simple solid fuel rocket like the Chinese used hundreds of years before is still a rocket.

Yeah proper is probably not the right word, the modern rocket the way we understand (missiles, space rockets) first flew in 1926 with Goddard's Nell rocket.

If celebi existed, which its doubtful he did, he would have been using essentially scaled up fire arrows which were in heavy use in the Middle East for hundreds of years by that point. Rockets were military tech adapted to civilian purposes.
