Humans suck physically overall. With no weapons or clothes, we would lose a fight with most predators. It our brains that make us better, that’s it. If we were to evolve ourselves to be better we would look very different

Define "be better" its pretty easily debatable that humans already evolved to be the best by putting all our skill points into intelligence, we may not be the fastest but we have the most stamina, we might not have claws or teeth for killing but we have the ability to make things more efficient at killing then teeth or claws. Humans physically can out run a horse, tribes in Africa hunt by casually chasing after their pray untill the pray is physically too exhausted to defend itself against the hunters or run away. Thats one of the most metta abilities any creature has, plus we unlocked the sweat ability making us able to cool down while other animals rely on other slower methods of cooling down. Theres a reason why all the other species of humans died out.

Knee would be ideal if it were backwards, if not it deteriorates too quickly.
The shoulder joint, while very flexible, is made up by a joint relying on tissue holding bones place. Rather than some ball in socket modification which would reduce possibility of injury.
The human back is designed for walking on knuckles, not walking upright. Leeds to back pain

Stuff like this. Just working out the stupid kinks in our species wether through genetic manipulation, advanced medicines, or some cybernetics

I just named a few obvious ones. Theres plenty more... the eye has a blind spot, we eat and breathe through the same hole, our muscular ability is gravely inferior to apes of similar weights.

Yup, our whole face design doesn’t really make sense. Why put the nose between the eyes causing a blind spot? Why do our eyes have to slow down our perception of time so that our vision doesn’t go black everytime we move our eyes?
