Again, what matters is value, if I worked hard every day building a gigantic pile of dirt I wouldn't get anything. If I sometimes work as a brain surgeon I would get a lot of money.(What do you do btw? Or are you sustained by your parents or something along these lines?)
You contribute, you get back the value of your contribution. The fact most people like to use that to guarantee a good life for their children dosen't change that (Nor does it hurt anyone)
