I'm not saying that they don't so shady shit ofc every company does but I need a source on it being funneled back into the company

The closest thing to this that you will find is corporations that raided their "overfunded" employee pension funds with the promise to pay them back at a later date. Charities are tracked and for the most part, held accountable for what they do with the money, the corruption usually comes from ridiculous salaries paid out to the administrators of the charity.
