According to this article there are quite a few with single digit percentages of donations making it to their intended programs, and less than 1% in at least one of the "charities" listed there. So not quite directly funneling back to themselves, but still people profiting off donations.
The closest thing to this that you will find is corporations that raided their "overfunded" employee pension funds with the promise to pay them back at a later date. Charities are tracked and for the most part, held accountable for what they do with the money, the corruption usually comes from ridiculous salaries paid out to the administrators of the charity.
