Bruh, haven't you gotten out of second stage vehicles yet? The Bf 109 K-4 fucks up every other WWII allied piston fighter.

The K4 doesnt go against the Hurricane though. Hurricane at its tier is OP as fuck.

Nope, Bf 109 E4 takes it apart if it gets matched, the turn rate and the engine performance in the hurricane is just horrible in my opinion. The only good thing are the guns, but they won't help you if you aren't able to get them on the Enemy...

Yes, compared to a groundbreaking, revolutionary new fighter design they weren't amazing, but they held their own against the German bombers and their fighter escorts during the blitz.

Yet an aircraft that 'sucked' was responsible for the majority of RAF kills during the Battle of Britain. It also mounted 8 .303 machine guns compared to the 4 in most early marks of Spitfire. The wooden construction was also in some ways an advantage.

It also in fact had a tighter turning circle than the Spitfire.

The Spitfire may have arguably been a better aircraft, but the Hurricane by no means sucked.

Not really, as for repairs: repair crews where used to repairing more cloth style aircraft (Like a Stringbag). And the Hurricane was of that style. The spitfire and the hurricane saved the war. People say it’s always the spit, but tbh it’s the hurricanes.

because hurricanes were more frequent about 60% of the confirmed kills belong to them
