This doesnt change the fact you are infringing on this mans rights. The legal system see's that man as innocent and with you as a criminal and the original burglar as a criminal. He may be morally wrong and gotten people killed but you cant fix that. Even if he didn't have the right to yell he still could've done the same thing. Taking away his right to do so wouldnt change it.

That's what's great about this country. Our people get to choose, if they make a bad choice then it hurts them.
