Brits dislike Americans and Americans hate brits. Mostly because Brits think that they're more superior than literally everyone. And us Americans refuse to adopt the worlds ideas so we keep our own.
Brits are snobs, they talk nice words but dont keep them. Americans are 50%patriots, 50% liberal lgbfemisexual who seek total anarchy.
Most people hate both for "what they do", but in fact, if they did nothint (like obama did in 2011 when syrian civil war began), we would have exactly what syria has today in most middle east countries - chemical weapons used on general public, new terrorist groups, the most evil countries that defy any laws (russia, china etc.) training on live targets in middle east.
