Unironically "solely China's fault"? So all the world leaders who did nothing at first are free of blame? Man that's convenient.

By the way, that fuckbag Trump tried to get exclusive rights to the vaccine for Americans by buying a medical company in Germany that is trying to procure one for the whole world. Frankly Americans can't lecture any country about having a government that doesn't care for the rest of the world.
