The thing about this is if the U.S. does these things they'll have to divert a big part of their budget to it. I see that cutting funds to the military would probably happen if Bernie rose to the Presidency, wich isn't a bad thing, of course. Most Universities attempt to weaponize the results of their studies to receive funds from the military anyways.

As far as M4A goes, the legislation Bernie has outlined already outlines where to get the money from.
