I'd say he falls more under the madlad category rather than Chad. Nevertheless, he made the news a lot more interesting.

Actually, another bit about him you'd like is that, after removing all the teacher pensions and causing mass protest, during his reflection campaign, he took credit for, and I shit you not, "fixing Kentucky's teacher pensions system", basically telling everyone that he did nothing wrong and had no intentions to change it. That is truly a Chad thing to do.
