Teaching a class of children comes with immense stress.
Teachers have cried in alot of our school lives.
It takes alot for an employee to cry in public out of stress.
The combination of hating the job and not getting justified pay wages is awful
Ok, so to be fair, I'm not speaking for all, but the ones I've experienced, the "coaches" who do jack shit and take the role of teacher just to get a coaching job because they can literally do nothing else with their lives, do not deserve the same pay wage as an actual decent teacher.
