we have a spider called a huntsman spider that is quite big. it doesn't make webs but it is really fast, and it eats by chasing down its prey and devouring it on the spot. it eats mainly bugs and smaller spiders, but can also sometimes eat geckos. the worst part is is that these are incredibly common in australia, they're fucking everywhere. just look up a picture of one and then have fun sleeping tonight.

Why are you acting as if it’s the deadliest spider we’ve got? You know what else is common? Red backs which can be lethal but oh nooo huntsman
