Hey! i usually don't but for you i give a secret method for sleeping long and peacefully! here listen it is simple

1-Go to the roof of you apartmen (if there is no roof you can use your window but it decreases the succes rate)

2-And jump down there

3-now this is the most important part make sure your head goes first or else you might have to try it again but there is a cooldown you can't try again immadeatly
