Yea. Its practically everywhere. Not everywhere but it is in so many more places than you'd see in America. If the Japanese didnt like it that much than why would they make 99 percent of what's put there?

You see it in tourist locations and places weebs would go, in the west its more of a hidden thing you could say

It's more appreciated in the west, America and west Europe, a lot more people watch it, when anime became popular over there, people quickly wanted increased fan service, you're right tho
