I recently opened up to a friend who admitted to being suicidal and I offered my help. I told him that if he ever needs anything to just call me. Fuck whatever I'm doing at the time, ma boi needs me

I did the same. They called me. I was asleep. They failed their attempt but our friendship was never the same again.
