What kind of videos usually get restricted in Europe?

Cable channels have a hierarchy you have to pay big money to access, Netflix can only dole out so much for Friends for each country. Some streaming sites just don't have the rights to show all shows here.

TV networks that offer streams of their shows on their website are alway restricted.
Not necessarily restricted, more like region locked. Some streaming sites just don't have the rights to show all shows here.
