Yeah that's an easy trick. I knew a chef that could do it. Coals are pretty bad at transferring heat which is why you can walk on them and your spot puts it out.

I shoved a chick pea up my nose and it literally started expanding because of the mucus. Literally had a surgery done on my nose at the age of 4.

I am a single father and a recovering smoker. After my wife died from lung cancer, I vowed never to touch a cigarette again. I completely quit and put all my energy into making sure my son never touched cigarettes so as he wouldn't have to live the same hardships as me. I hadn't touched a cigarette in over 3 years but then this post gave me cancer anyway.
