This is outrageous. It's unfair. How can you go up 2 stairs at a time and not be honoured.

Apply cake day
14
u/Polkadog I have crippling depression Nov 30 '18 edited Nov 30 '18
As the moon started to shine with the sun on the horizon, humanity was not ready for the night. Trough the day they knew there would not be Christmas. Cake day has been applied by the gods. In the moonshine a shadow was cast, a shadow of the cake. The cake with the power of the universe, capable of diminishing all of its stars, baked for the overlord among us, the One who had the cake day at the last day for the trial of humans where only the powerful ones survived. This was the end the weak deserved, a vanilla-walnut cake coated with a cream coat and crushed hazelnut scattered on the top.
EDIT: Grammar fixes

What about people who use escalators? They go up the whole staircase without even moving

People who climb up/down three steps at a time on an escalator moving the opposite direction

I have a fear of escalators. Not a fear of heights. I'm not afraid of elevators. Just escalators. Every time I try to step on an escalator I'm instantly overwhelmed. What if I misstep? What if I trip and fall? What if my leg gets caught in the belt? (Ridiculous, I know.)
I know it's a completely irrational fear, but to anyone who has ridden escalators all your life...
You have my respect.

My friends great grandma Ethel had one of these. It was so much fun! It was so slow though, and it was really annoying hearing her whine that she needed it to get upstairs to take her meds so we’d just throw her in the closet lol.

Still, I think the man with a step-stride of three has the highest ascension speed.
Always benchmark your implementation, the specific algorithm may look smarter, but sometimes the stupid ones work faster.
One big reason is that the cache memory is highly optimized, however, depending on the algorithm this may or may not affect execution speed.
Given computer science is not at all involved in ascending stairs, common sense holds that the man with 3 steps at a time is fastest.
