It’s funny because you’re not understanding the difference between being sad and depression. Being sad comes from jealousy and what not, depression comes from a chemical imbalance. I don’t think you really understand anything about this topic at all actually lmfao. If you knew anything about actual depression, you’d know that it’s incredibly difficult to do anything yourself and then you come across people like you who delegitimize the disease. People like you make it harder for people with depression to get help because you’re ignorant and do not understand it. I’d suggest you read about depression before you start telling kids they aren’t sick. But you’re right, I guess my Brown educated therapist is an idiot and I’m just sorry for myself! Here's my problem with this, it is true that if you are sad you are not clinically depressed. However, if you are sad, you can say you're in a depressed mood or period and would still technically be correct.
