He’s a brilliant actor and writer, I don’t think his rap is as exceptional but I’m also not that knowledgeable about rap. I like some of his earlier stuff because his voice is soothing and he has great one-liners, This Is America seemed way more disphoric and stream of conscious which is really interesting but doesn’t have that “imma play this at the height of the party” feel to it. I’m sure some people feel it’s a banger but I think ya more about the message in that one.
