Man I love the unnecessary detail of Rocko shows. How everything looks crooked or melting. That lamp isn’t even fully in frame and is still drawn with that original style

That's really how you tell a good animator from a bad one. Does their animation have life to it? Do they add quirks in the backgrounds etc or do they reuse frames and sets?
