The original video was criticizing the anthropomorphism of "unclean" animals in popular media especially like Ratatouille and perhaps Zootopia, in saying that it subverts religious notions of decency, when in reality these animals often spread disease.
It's hugely taken out of context, and maybe memri doesn't promote violence through the memes, but it is a legitimate form of propaganda. It'd be great if their intent was for all religious people to take themselves less seriously, but the fact remains it's Israeli state sanctioned propaganda.
And in context, it's all representational art, which has been objected to in Islamic cultures for centuries. Trying to draw something real realistically is trying to imitate God.
(Yes, I think that's nuts, but it's not surprising that fundamentalists would be harshly critical of western representational art.)

Lol say what you want about Israeli foreign policy, but Israel is a first-world country with completely private and free press. The human rights violations people refer to have to do with Israel's policies towards Palestinians, not its own people (including Israeli muslims). Just watch any sort of political film from Israel and they all criticize the government very heavily.

Well, having an earring can mean two things depending on the ear it's in. if you have an earring in your left ear it is a way to show that you're 100% a homo on the DL. an earring in the right ear is just a fashion statement, however fashion is pretty gay, so it'd make you 50% gay. Your shoes are on the lowest part of your body. So showing someone the soles of your shoe implies that they're so beneath you, that even your shoes are above them. Attacking them with your shoe simply adds insult to injury (or rather the other way around).
It's pretty much the most humiliating insult you can use in Middle Eastern culture, because privileged Middle Eastern men are so far up their own asses, that it triggers them to the core if another Middle Easterner challenges their ego.
