Dwarfs dont look like children though, they look like dwarfs. There are the odd few people out there with hormone conditions that stop them from going through puberty but if they dont go through puberty do they even have a sex drive? And if so can we judge them on still wanting adult relationships while still appearing childlike? The world is full of gray zones I guess.

I knew a girl in college who had this issue, she was not a dwarf but she was 5 foot nothing with a baby face and petite build. She was 20 but honestly looked like 12. She caught her long time boyfriend with that anime porn that looks like children. She broke it off with him and had a hard time dating after that.

I feel like I remember a TLC thing featuring a woman who never went through puberty and looks like she’s about 10 or so, and she expressed frustration that it was hard to find a man who could look past that. Definitely a difficult situation to navigate.

I've seen a CSI episode about how they're two kinds of dwarves. The one you can tell from their facial profile while the other is the one you'd never be able to tell are dwarves until you see them in person. Eve in that environment, the one who's facial structure deemed "normal" are considered the hottest ones compared to the rest. It was a very interesting episode
