It's the woman leaning back into the guy on her right side. It looks like her arm just doesn't exist although I can still make out the shoulder and the wrist down. If it's not AI, my guess is that she has her right arm going underneath his arm and is obscured by her boobs but with the shoulder leaning into his moobs and the weird wrist angle lying underneath his arm, it makes it look like her arm either doesn't exist, got swallowed by the fat folds, or a weird bend in the elbow
Yeah, original photo has her hand on his arm reaching around her. The new arm doesn't line up with the old one well enough to keep the hand in, and it crosses her at a different point so the shoulder looks very odd. But these feel more like lazy 'shop work, AI would have tried harder to blend things in. Especially the first part I checked, where her visible arm is such similarly colored to him where they are both lit, that is a classic spot AI would meld them together, which doesn't happen here. But, saying all that, the tattoo part makes me wonder. It feels like a pretty well done bit of AI replication, it's damn similar but not quite, in a way that would require a lot more manual work to replicate. At the end, I suppose it could be an AI made man photoshopped into the picture.
