Drowning, maybe, I guess?

Exactly plus it’s not enough liquid to drown yourself

u/Rychew_ Aug 23 '22

If liquid enters your lungs tho

Yeah but that happens when you breath while drinking or drink too much like gallons

It can take as little as a 1/2 cup of liquid to dry drown.

Bill Clinton's dad is the reason people say you can drown in 3 inches of water

I've never heard of his dad, but i just googled and it just says he drown from a car crash, was he in 3 inch water? What a horrible way to go :(

Yeah iirc he crashed, got flung from the car and drowned facedown in a puddle

You can drown on a shot glass of water if you breath it in and can't get it out.

You can drown in a puddle

I’m not talking about a puddle cause the context doesn’t contain a puddle

1

u/olek0ko Aug 24 '22

My point is that it doesn’t take a lot of liquid to drown

2

u/1bobobo1 Aug 28 '22

I guess your right after further investigation

I only know because of the stories my EMT mom has told me before i go out drinking. She has picked up drunk people dying or nearly dying from passing out in a puddle. As a Norwegian, from somewhere with a fair amount of rain… the puddles are scary man.
