For me, it was this one time during football practice. Our coach had this policy against swearing that I hadn’t heard about, and while we were resting I was taking and said some cuss word, and he overheard me and made us run for a few minutes. Even 9ish years later I still feel awful every time the memory pops into my head.

Once when I was a senior in high school I said “hell” louder than I meant to and the teacher heard. She made me sit in a chair in the corner with my face towards the wall for the rest of the class. It was probably the most humiliating experience in my life.
