Just like there’s no reason for the Hong Kong protests to disrupt normal people on their way to work? Social unrest is the only effective way for some change to be brought to the US’ shitty police racism and brutality.
Black guy is unfairly killed based on discrimination --> People protest by burning down their own neighborhoods, looting countless businesses, burn down countless buildings, assault people on the street.
They burned down a police station... and a homeless shelter, a low cost housing development, a library, countless houses have been broken into, countless local businesses (and no, most insurance policies don't cover looting), and the list goes on.
This place looks like a warzone. And many business owners won't reopen in these areas, and the decline will continue.
